Key responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct daily conversations with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Apply psychological principles to influence decision‑making and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in regular training, mentorship sessions and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales strategies.

• Strong curiosity about human behaviour and personal growth.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy meeting new people and comfortable with frequent conversations.
• Entry‑level or fresh graduate ready to take on challenges.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of psychology or interest in decision‑making processes.
