About the role
We are seeking a Business Process Manager on an urgent 8‑month contract to develop and deliver end‑to‑end SOPs for FMCG operations in Central Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver end‑to‑end business SOPs based on published BWLs.
- Translate L3 BWLs into business process mappings.
- Identify and build pre‑ and post‑requisite business activities for new functionality.
- Review IBM technical training documents and create business process training materials.
- Combine technical and business training documents for users, customers and suppliers.
- Assist in delivering training materials and provide support during the hyper‑care period.
- Coordinate responsibilities and actions across OTC, PTM, RTR, PTP, MDM and report to relevant stakeholders.
