User Experience Designer – Digital Wholesale Bank

About the role

We are a newly‑established digital wholesale bank in Singapore, fully regulated by MAS, on a mission to make financial services accessible and effortless for SMEs. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to translate business goals into user‑centered solutions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Maintain and evolve the team’s UI design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Identify, audit and resolve UI/UX issues, proposing creative enhancements.
• Work closely with engineers and QA to perform UAT and verify implementation against design specs.
• Stay updated on design trends, research findings and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX experience for web, mobile or software products.
• Strong eye for detail, solid aesthetic sense and deep understanding of user‑centered design principles.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing and synthesising insights into actionable designs.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS) and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
