Vice President, Client Success

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Client Success to build and lead a high‑performing client success function across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. This senior, client‑facing role combines strategic leadership with day‑to‑day relationship management, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the structure, standards and coaching framework for a distributed client success team.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Deal team and clients, translating deal terms into actionable guidance for on‑ground teams.
• Own retention, renewal and revenue‑growth targets across the client portfolio.
• Develop and oversee the end‑to‑end client lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
• Identify and mitigate client risk early through robust monitoring frameworks.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and complex client issues.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑country client success or account management teams.
• Strong track record of driving retention, upsell and revenue growth in a financial services or fintech environment.
• Excellent judgment and ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
• Outstanding communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
