Warehouse Assistant – Inventory & Spare Parts Management

About the role

BEUMER Group, a leader in high‑tech intralogistic systems, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for its Singapore site at Changi International Airport. You will support the logistics and customer support teams by managing incoming goods, spare parts inventory and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
• Maintain spare parts inventory, monitor stock conditions and update records in the CMMS.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and alert the Warehouse Manager on low stock levels.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare items for dispatch or internal transfers.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if licensed).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Maintenance and Production teams to support timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports while ensuring compliance with safety and storage procedures.

Required profile

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory or logistics operations.
• Experience handling spare parts inventory is an advantage.
• Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence are advantageous.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and inventory management.
