Warehouse Assistant – Packing & Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (Packer) to join our logistics team in Singapore. The role involves picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items according to delivery orders and packing lists.
• Sort and label goods accurately before dispatch.
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct quantity and condition of items.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
• Ensure proper wrapping and secure packing of products to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Conduct basic stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics work (advantageous).
• Ability to handle physical tasks and carry items up to 10 kg.
• Comfortable working in a cold‑room environment.
• Basic unit conversion skills (e.g., kilograms to grams) for accurate weighing and packing.
