Warehouse & Distribution Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse & Distribution Assistant to support daily operations at our Geylang facility. You will help ensure smooth receipt, handling, and dispatch of merchandise to our stores and pop‑up locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming goods, verifying quantities, styles, colors and sizes.
• Unpack, sort, and arrange merchandise, preparing items for packing and cartonizing.
• Assist with stock transfers, replenishment between stores and Atrium locations, and prepare goods for delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through stocktaking and verification.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following SOPs and safety regulations.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and transfers while preventing damage or loss.

Required profile

• Responsible, hardworking and committed to the job.
• Physically fit; able to lift and carry items up to 25 kg.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate picking and inventory handling.
• Capable of following procedures and working independently or in a team.
• Good attendance, punctuality and willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.
