About the role
The company, a material handling equipment supplier, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at its East‑Ubi facility in Singapore. You will handle incoming and outgoing materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in spare‑parts production.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming deliveries.
- Pack and prepare outgoing orders for timely dispatch.
- Organise, label and store inventory in designated locations.
- Support spare‑parts production, including latex component fabrication and assembly following SOPs.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment and ensure compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Minimum N level education.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform manual lifting.
- Forklift licence is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience in component/parts assembly is advantageous.
