About the role
Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the team to ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and team members.
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters and internal teams.
- Monitor stock accuracy, manpower and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements.
- Handle operational issues and support process improvements.
