Warehouse Senior Assistant

About the role

As a Warehouse Senior Assistant in Chanel's Distribution Center in Singapore, you will support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations across multiple divisions and floor levels. Reporting to the Warehouse Senior Associate, you will perform a full range of logistics activities while guiding less‑experienced assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, transfer and label goods to maintain accurate inventory control.
• Conduct quantity and quality checks on incoming and outgoing items, including picking and packing.
• Identify and perform initial checks on stock or operational discrepancies, escalating issues with clear information.
• Execute scheduled physical cycle counts (weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly) to keep stock records reliable.
• Support flexible workload management by rotating across divisions or floor levels as directed.
• Complete basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, such as updating Excel sheets and drafting emails.
• Guide and mentor less‑experienced assistants on procedures and system transactions.
• Maintain a safe, organised work environment through housekeeping, equipment care and compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification or higher, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Meticulous, adaptable working style with the ability to prioritize, take initiative and handle pressure.
