Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

About the role

The Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions for our clients. You will partner with business stakeholders to streamline compensation processes, improve governance, and support annual compensation cycles such as merit, bonus, stock, and incentive plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops for Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, grades, merit and bonus processes within Workday.
• Support compensation cycle planning, testing, deployment, and post‑production activities.
• Advise clients on Workday best practices and compensation governance.
• Develop functional specifications and support integration, reporting, and security requirements.
• Conduct testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide knowledge transfer and end‑user training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, and Security.

Required profile

• Workday Advanced Compensation Certification preferred.
• Experience in Workday Compensation or HCM implementation/support projects.
• Strong understanding of compensation processes, merit planning, bonus planning, and salary review cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
