Workday Analyst

About the role

Strada, a people, payroll and technology leader in international workforce management, is hiring a Workday Analyst. The analyst works independently with external clients through all stages of the Workday HCM project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment, and delivers medium to large client projects across several concurrent engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with external clients and manage projects from planning and design through testing and deployment for Workday HCM.
• Deliver medium to large client work across multiple concurrent projects using Strada's quality standards and consulting methodology.
• Manage own work to scope, timeline and budget, and coordinate with others when needed.
• Assess client needs, propose alternatives and recommend solutions, and share lessons learned and Workday best practices.
• Guide less experienced colleagues and lead internal initiatives such as domain groups, chats and training.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in a functional or technical area, such as Compensation, Benefits or Financials.
• Create work estimates and, for CDS, consult without supervision in complex projects or lead medium enterprise and smaller large enterprise projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business or financial discipline.
• Workday certification is required, with ongoing re-certification; additional certifications may be needed.
• Proven consultative skills, experience implementing complex solutions under tight deadlines, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Current and future work authorization in the country of application, without visa sponsorship.
