Workforce Transformation Manager

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a Workforce Transformation Manager to lead client engagements that redesign HR functions, embed AI‑driven solutions, and drive lasting organisational change. You will work with senior stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable road‑maps that enhance people performance and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define, structure and implement improvements to HR operations aligned with client business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional client engagements, collaborating with senior executives and internal service lines.
• Manage project teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and achievement of outcomes.
• Develop and execute change road‑maps that integrate AI solutions with workforce structures.
• Identify emerging workforce capabilities and future skill requirements driven by digital transformation.
• Grow and add value to the client portfolio across HR transformation, change management, leadership, culture, organisation design and people analytics.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record leading complex HR transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into practical implementation plans.
