Workstream Liaison Consultant

About the role

The consulting firm is seeking a senior Workstream Liaison Consultant to support a 9‑month post‑merger separation integration for a European insurance and asset‑management client. The role will sit within the central "Control Tower" PMO, coordinating multiple workstreams across regions, including Hong Kong and Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between programme workstreams, the target company, and country teams.
• Gather and validate information, drive milestone delivery and ensure alignment with the Day‑1 Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Support transversal initiatives such as regulatory interfacing and integration planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder activities and manage workstream documentation.
• Contribute to market sizing, benchmarking and value‑creation planning.

Required profile

• Significant experience in PMI/M&A engagements within financial services.
• Proven track record working in a PMO for large‑scale transformations.
• Strong background in operational due diligence, market‑entry strategy and integration planning.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate senior stakeholders.
