About the role

We are looking for a proactive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator to support our safety initiatives across construction sites in Singapore. The role involves assisting the Safety Officer in implementing safe work methods and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on‑site.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Safety Officer in implementing safe work methods and maintaining safe distancing on site.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety talks for workers.
  • Verify the validity of work passes for all on‑site personnel each day.
  • Record attendance for toolbox meetings and safety talks.
  • Perform regular site checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

  • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to communicate safety procedures clearly to workers.
