About the role

NUFFIELD HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a visionary Academic Affairs Director to lead its academic programs. The role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in curriculum design, accreditation, and academic administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to define and implement the academy’s academic vision, goals, and objectives.
• Oversee design, development, and evaluation of academic programs and curricula, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Monitor program quality and use data‑driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
• Lead curriculum creation and revision, maintaining rigor and relevance for a diverse student body.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, prepare for reviews, audits, and reporting.
• Participate in strategic planning, manage the academic budget, and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify and pursue academic grants, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Act as liaison between the academic department and other business units to foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in academic leadership or administration.
• Proven track record in curriculum development, faculty management, and student success initiatives.
• Experience with accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards.
