Account & Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Account & Admin Executive to support our finance and administration functions at KSM Construction & Engineering. The role involves preparing financial reports, managing day‑to‑day accounting, handling invoicing and cash‑flow, and processing payroll in compliance with Singapore regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations on the QuickBooks platform, including bank reconciliation and IRAS tax compliance.
• Validate supplier invoices, issue client invoices, and monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Process salary disbursement and payroll in line with CPF and other statutory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software and bank reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations (IRAS) and payroll (CPF).
• Experience in invoicing, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week.
