Account Clerk & HR Administrator

About the role

The Subway franchisee seeks a diligent Account Clerk cum HR Administrator to support daily finance and human‑resource operations. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, and compliance with Singapore’s MOM regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, petty cash, and journal entries.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Process banking transactions via internet banking for payments and receipts.
• Close monthly accounts accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee records, process payroll, handle CPF submissions, leave and attendance tracking.
• Respond to staff enquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
• Prepare management reports on manpower, HR, and finance.
• Draft company letters and memos, manage licenses/permits on government portals.
• Issue and control company items to track assets and supplies.
• Perform other ad‑hoc accounting and HR administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficiency in ABSS Accounting and Info‑tech HR system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Singapore payroll, CPF, and MOM regulations.
