Account cum Admin Assistant

About the role

The Account cum Admin Assistant will support the finance team with daily accounts receivable tasks while also handling a range of general administrative duties. This hybrid role offers exposure to both financial processing and office management in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts receivable functions, including keying and updating transaction records.
• Provide support to the accounts department as needed.
• Sort, file, and scan documents, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to routine inquiries.
• Carry out general administrative duties such as office supplies management and correspondence.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills for handling calls and internal coordination.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
