Account Director - Healthcare & Pharma

About the role

Klick, a health agency ecosystem covering marketing, media, medical affairs, market access, real-world evidence and consulting, is hiring an Account Director for its Client Services craft. The role guides complex healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across Singapore and the APAC region, ensuring clarity and partnership across multi-disciplinary teams while supporting brand and medical communications. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of key accounts, delivering quality aligned with regional healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive timely execution across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with strategy, medical, creative and project management teams to deliver integrated launch and lifecycle programmes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value, strengthen partnerships and shape strategic plans.
• Lead client meetings and manage communication, documentation and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Strong healthcare client experience across scientific/medical content, communication planning and HCP engagement.
• APAC/Singapore market experience with understanding of regional regulatory and cultural nuances.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing communications.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities within existing relationships and to lead intake discussions and shape briefs.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations in Singapore/APAC.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desired: branded HCP experience, brand planning and account strategy experience, business development skills, ability to work independently, comfort with multiple stakeholders, and interest in using AI tools.

• Base salary of SGD 8,000-11,500 per month, depending on location, skills, education and experience.
