Account Executive – Accounting Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support cash flow monitoring for our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records and compliance.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare invoices and payment documentation to support revenue and expense tracking.
• Compile monthly financial reports and accounts to provide clear insights into company performance.
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses to maintain financial stability and support budgeting.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant parties to facilitate audits and financial transactions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience supporting core financial operations.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and accounting software to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices applied in daily tasks.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage financial data effectively.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
