Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will manage the daily income audit functions and support the overall accounting operations of Pullman Singapore Orchard. This role ensures accurate revenue reporting, compliance with financial procedures, and the maintenance of proper financial records in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit of all hotel revenue centres, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, banquets and ancillary streams.
• Verify revenue reports against data from the Property Management System (PMS), POS and other revenue systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing errors or missing transactions.
• Ensure rebates, discounts, voids and complimentary transactions are authorised and documented.
• Prepare daily revenue summaries and submit income audit reports to management.
• Assist in monthly financial closing, journal entries and preparation of management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable verification as needed.
• Prepare revenue analysis reports and other financial performance documentation.
