Account Executive – Partial Set

About the role

The Account Executive (Partial Set) will support the finance team with core accounting and administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday in a modern office at TradeHub 21, you will ensure smooth processing of invoices, payments and record‑keeping while liaising with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Enter financial data into SAP and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on invoices.
• Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Update and monitor stock records.
• Handle general administrative duties such as calls, emails and coordination.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
