Account Executive – Product Experience Management (APAC)

About the role

Centric Software is seeking an Account Executive to lead new‑business acquisition for its Product Experience Management (PXM) platform across the APAC region. The role is quota‑carrying and focuses on the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting retailers, brands and manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue targets by acquiring new logos within defined APAC accounts.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases that align PXM solutions with customers’ digital commerce and product data strategies.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, and meet coverage targets.
• Engage C‑level and senior decision‑makers, understand their product data challenges and position PXM as a strategic enabler.
• Collaborate closely with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and partner teams to drive win‑rates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles in mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) are a plus.
• Experience selling into retail, consumer‑goods or manufacturing sectors in APAC.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling and presentation skills with high self‑motivation.
