Account Manager – Audio Visual Services

About the role

You will manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the audio‑visual sector. The role involves promoting Spectrum’s after‑sales services, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing client accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Promote after‑sales services such as AMC, preventive maintenance, repairs and AV system upgrades.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements and follow up on enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal design, project delivery and administration teams to ensure excellent client experience and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 1–3 years experience in account management, B2B sales or business development (fresh graduates with strong client service mindset are welcome).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; self‑motivated, organised and proactive.
• Experience in audio‑visual, IT or technology‑related industries is an advantage.
