Account Manager - AV & Unified Communications

About the role

A recruiter is working with an AV systems integrator in Singapore that is looking for an Account Manager to join its growing sales team. The company specialises in AV and unified communications solutions for corporate enterprises, multinational companies and government clients across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage large enterprise and government accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Identify customer needs and position integrated UC and collaboration solutions aligned with clients' IT infrastructure, hybrid workplace strategies and digital transformation.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, infrastructure managers, consultants and channel partners.
• Collaborate with technology partners such as Microsoft, Zoom and other AV/IT ecosystem providers, and deliver certified, scalable meeting room solutions.
• Maintain disciplined CRM management, project tracking and pipeline forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in AV, UC or IT solutions.
• Prior experience in solution selling or with an SI or technology vendor is an advantage.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English; speaking Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
