Account Manager – Client Services

About the role

EY is seeking an Account Manager to join its Clients & Industries team. In this role you will partner with Global Client Service Partners, Sales Executives and Account Leads to shape account strategy, grow client relationships and drive revenue across complex global accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end account plans, identifying business development initiatives that align with account ambitions.
• Own financial planning for the portfolio, ensuring opportunities meet assigned targets.
• Collaborate with Global Client Service Partners to create go‑to‑market strategies and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with procurement teams of key portfolio companies and keep client feedback repositories up to date.
• Lead sales programs, growth platforms and strategic pursuits, tracking results and communicating status.
• Drive regular account and regional cadences to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Support bid management, pipeline hygiene and provide ad‑hoc strategic insights for client meetings.
• Report on account financial performance, pipeline analysis and deliver leadership updates.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Accounting or Business.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in account management, consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial planning and reporting.
