Account Manager - Corporate Communications

About the role

Black Sun, a stakeholder advisory and engagement agency, is recruiting an Account Manager for its client communications team in Singapore. The role delivers multi-channel communications solutions for a blue-chip client base, including annual reports and reviews, sustainability reports, investor relations and employee communications, online reporting centres, website content and social media campaigns. You will engage with senior stakeholders and help clients shape their communications strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of assigned mixed-media projects, from understanding the client's business model and strategy to preparing accurate project documentation and managing each project stage
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent client service
• Work with the team leader on job costing and fee structures, manage project budgets and help audit and control overrun costs
• Identify new business opportunities from existing clients, write proposals and present concepts
• Conduct research on best practice corporate communications and keep up to date with industry trends

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years of agency or client-side experience, ideally in corporate marketing and communications
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to handle many urgent and conflicting priorities, with a flexible, team-focused approach
