Account Manager – Flexible Staffing Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end pre‑deployment lifecycle for FastGig’s client portfolio. You will ensure every shift is staffed with qualified workers and act as the single point of contact for commercial and operational matters.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to capture manpower requirements, schedules and worker specifications.
• Set client expectations on fulfillment likelihood and timelines.
• Source, screen and maintain a pool of pre‑screened gig workers for each client and role.
• Confirm worker availability, build schedules and allocate workers to shifts.
• Monitor shifts in real time and deploy replacement workers within agreed response times when disruptions occur.
• Serve as the named client contact for all account and commercial issues.
• Collaborate with regional support and finance teams on post‑deployment queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, recruitment, project coordination or workforce scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships end‑to‑end, including commercial discussions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong dashboard and system monitoring skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to act quickly when a shift is at risk.
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and gig workers.
