Account Manager, Inside Sales

About the role
The Account Manager, Inside Sales will be the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, building strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards. You will leverage deep knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, managing relationships and service delivery.
- Proactively grow accounts through regular engagement, needs analysis, and value‑based selling.
- Drive renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize revenue and wallet share.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Service Line, Operations, Finance, Legal, Provisioning) to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain SLA compliance and monitor customer satisfaction via NPS and other KPIs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, including order book and revenue goals.
- Keep accurate sales records, pipeline updates and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Handle escalations professionally to preserve long‑term relationships.
- Adhere to internal processes, governance and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing or B2B Account Management.
- Prior exposure to Enterprise or Commercial B2B clients preferred.
- Experience in Telecommunications, IT or Technology services is an advantage.
- Strong consultative selling ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
