About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships within the regional construction market. The role combines target management, market analysis, brand promotion and close collaboration with service teams to achieve revenue goals and deliver value to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Implement target management aligned with business objectives and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly output value targets.
- Maintain dynamic customer profiles for the regional market or designated segments and oversee customer service support.
- Conduct periodic reviews and analysis of regional customers, products and market trends, driving refined management initiatives.
- Execute end‑to‑end regional sales activities, including lead generation, need identification, objection handling and sales target attainment.
- Lead brand operations and marketing promotion in the region, monitor industry developments and respond effectively.
- Collaborate with regional service and customer‑segment teams to promote product adoption and deliver value propositions.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Passion for sales, motivated and eager to succeed.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong work ethic; team‑oriented, self‑starter, fast learner, high energy and results‑oriented.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage difficult situations and remain upbeat.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; experience in software or SaaS is advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Understanding of customer workflows, processes and requirements in the construction industry.
- Own transport and ability to travel as needed.
