Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of corporate food‑service accounts in Singapore. You will act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, guiding them through the full sales cycle—from discovery and trials to negotiation, delivery and ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined set of B2B accounts, driving renewals, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, operations, finance and procurement teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales processes, including solution mapping, pricing, proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits and customer trials as needed.
• Document order details, service scope and billing requirements to ensure flawless internal execution.
• Monitor account health, identify churn risks early and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with operations and internal teams to guarantee high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales or business development.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision‑makers and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling pricing and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
