Account Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts in the semiconductor equipment sector, ensuring delivery of the right toolsets and high-quality services. The role supports customers to achieve excellent end-product outcomes while contributing to the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, respond promptly to sales enquiries, and ensure delivery of appropriate toolsets and services.
• Visit existing customers regularly to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and successful application of solutions.
• Monitor customers’ creditworthiness to support healthy business continuity.
• Gather and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
• Handle day-to-day sales administration accurately and efficiently.
• Promote company equipment and solutions in collaboration with headquarters on marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with customers on order status and delivery updates to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support the Head of Sales in achieving annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with Japan Sales Support and technical teams to prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Good communication, documentation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
