Account Support Executive – 6‑Month Temporary Role

About the role

This 6‑month temporary position supports campaign operations, merchant billing, and key account servicing. You will ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare and update operational and performance reports.
• Handle billing matters, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist merchant and customer accounts, responding to enquiries promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements for daily operations.
• Create and maintain guides, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, campaign management, or account support.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with reports and data.
• Ability to manage accounts and build positive relationships.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear documentation.
