Accountant – Full‑Time, Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Accountant to support our Finance Manager in managing the full set of accounts for our subsidiary in Singapore. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and contributing to system implementation projects to ensure accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounting including AP, AR, GL and inventory.
• Generate journal entries and accruals to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, yearly budgets and management reports.
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheets and project profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Handle monthly billing for staff EV charging and ensure timely revenue collection.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.
• Support ERP implementation testing and process documentation.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for the Tender Department and senior management.
• Compile and review audit schedules to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to commute to the Tagore Lane office; no remote work option.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
• Experience with ERP accounting modules, particularly Business Central.
