Accountant - Mall Finance

About the role
Join the finance team at Marina Bay Sands and take your accounting expertise to the next level. You will be responsible for managing monthly financial processes and supporting the mall’s financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals, schedules and accounting entries for review.
- Analyse monthly P&L variance and produce commentary.
- Forecast and budget tenant recovery and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with business units on operational and capex matters.
- Coordinate inter‑department and inter‑company transactions.
- Support weekly audit activities and SOP reviews.
- Handle ad‑hoc finance tasks as required.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably with auditing exposure.
- High integrity, strong sense of urgency and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
