Accountant – Regional Finance & Process Improvement

About the role

Join a dynamic finance team that offers exposure to regional accounting operations, financial analysis, tax, treasury, audit and process improvement. You will support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities while contributing to automation and digitalisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities with the regional accounting team.
• Review balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure outstanding items are followed up.
• Analyse financial results and provide variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare GST and withholding tax returns, declarations and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes, controls and workflows, and support implementation.
• Handle treasury‑related activities and liaise with banks on banking matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with accounting systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
