Accounting & Bookkeeping Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Accounting Services practice to support clients in meeting their accounting and compliance obligations. You will work with a diverse team to deliver tailored accounting solutions that align with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general ledger data entry and code accounts payable/receivable invoices.
• Prepare cheque payments, expense claim reimbursements, and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate with clients on day‑to‑day accounting matters and respond to queries.
• Manage client deliverables to ensure agreed timelines are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with solid accounting concepts.
• ACCA graduate or candidate (or other relevant accounting qualifications) welcomed.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and compiling statutory financial statements.
• Meticulous, organized, with a strong flair for numbers.
• Final‑year accountancy students from local or overseas universities are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Sage 300 accounting software.
• Xero accounting software.
