Accounting & Operations Executive – Full-Set Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, detail‑driven Accounting & Operations Executive to join our small team. You’ll manage the accounts for a group of companies, including investment holding entities, and gain hands‑on exposure to the full finance cycle with guidance along the way.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑set accounts for multiple entities: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accruals, and month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and support corporate tax filings (Form C/C‑S); process salary payments and CPF submissions.
• Reconcile bank and investment statements, follow up on discrepancies, and act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries.
• Process payments, track recurring expenses, manage insurance renewals and other administrative matters for the group and the Director.
• Support company administration, vendor management and compliance filings; improve processes and utilise cloud accounting tools.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and assist in other business operations matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with full‑set accounts.
• Experience in external audit, internal audit, accounting firm handling multiple clients, or credit control/accounts payable in a well‑controlled environment is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of GST, Singapore tax and CPF requirements.

Required skills

• Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online (cloud accounting software).
• Familiarity with GST filing and Singapore tax regulations.
• Understanding of CPF contribution processes.
