About the role

A government-linked company specialising in office administrative services, with about 400 employees and a strong presence in the healthcare industry, is hiring an Accounts Executive within its AP team in Singapore. The role is hybrid, permanent and pays between SG$3,000 and SG$4,000 per month (SG$36,000 to SG$48,000 per year), with a 13-month salary package plus a variable bonus.

Key responsibilities

Process invoices, expense reports and payment requests accurately and on time
Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate vendor records and payment schedules
Prepare and process payments accurately and on time
Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations

Required profile

GCE O Levels or a diploma in a relevant field
Proven experience in the AP function
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
