Accounts Executive

About the role

The Accounts Executive will independently manage day‑to‑day accounting and administrative functions for Kemp Singapore, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth business operations. This full‑time position supports both the finance team and operational staff across the company’s water ionizer business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete sets of accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Submit financial, sales, GST and ad‑hoc reports on time.
• Record daily transactions, verify sales collections and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Enter invoice details into the CRM and accounting systems promptly.
• Coordinate courier services for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare daily job lists and invoices for installers.
• Process monthly payments to delivery personnel and installers.
• Manage petty cash, staff expense claims and leave applications.
• Provide administrative support to other departments.
• Oversee office premises maintenance, cleanliness, security and vendor sourcing for office and pantry supplies.
• Perform basic office administration and HR duties as needed.
• Handle other ad‑hoc duties assigned to support business functions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong initiative, responsible work attitude and ability to work independently.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and resourceful.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
