Accounts Executive

About the role

The Accounts Executive will join Hong Ye Group’s finance team in Singapore, reporting to the Group Finance Manager. You will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the group.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the complete set of accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger and fixed assets.
• Execute monthly and year‑end closing, prepare management accounts, schedules and variance analysis.
• Produce timely financial and management reports for group consolidation and review.
• Prepare and file statutory returns such as GST and corporate income tax.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, vendors and regulatory bodies.
• Perform balance‑sheet, inter‑company reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, manage payments and collections to support daily operations.
• Assist management with ad‑hoc analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts independently.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST and corporate tax.
• Highly independent, self‑motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
