Accounts Executive

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Executive to join our finance team at a leading gas distribution company in Singapore. The role involves managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver timely month‑end reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and assist with timely GST submissions.
• Organise and preserve finance records and supporting documentation.
• Execute month‑end closing activities and produce financial reports within required timelines.
• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on full‑set accounting experience, including month‑end closing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
