Accounts Executive – Kaki Bukit (5-day)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Kaki Bukit. This junior‑level position will handle both accounts payable and receivable functions, supporting the company’s financial operations on a five‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare, track, verify and process invoices.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely month‑end closing for AP and AR.
• Provide support for GST filing.
• Track project budgets, contracts and renewals.
• Prepare basic financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Establish workflow and standard operating procedures to improve processes.
• Maintain and update financial records for internal reporting and statutory compliance.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CIMA.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Organised, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information.
