Accounts Executive – Temporary (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team on a three‑month temporary basis. You will support corporate client billing, daily transaction processing, and internal accounting adjustments in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process billings for corporate clients against tight deadlines.
• Collect and update daily transaction data.
• File and consolidate day‑end reports.
• Issue tax invoices, credit notes and handle internal accounting adjustments.
• Manage voucher redemption accounts.
• Liaise with other departments and follow up on queries.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting Professional or LCCI certificate (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of a Lodging Management System or other Property Management System is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to handle stressful situations.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel with macro and VBA proficiency.
• Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Lodging Management System or Property Management System (preferred).

What we offer

• Salary range SGD 2,800‑3,500 per month.
• Fixed‑term 3‑month contract.
