Accounts & Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Singapore. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and driving process improvements through digitalisation and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to aid strategic business planning and decision‑making.
• Present financial reports, business insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, GST, corporate income tax and compliance matters.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements through digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Supervise, guide and develop finance team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives.
• Perform additional finance‑related duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, corporate income tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting and presentations.
