Accounts & Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager to join our finance team in Singapore. The role will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting and business performance while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of accounting functions, including review of payments, claims and management reports.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents; assist in audit, tax schedules and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business units to support budgeting, financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Assist in preparation of board and management presentation materials and business surveys.
• Support system improvements, automation initiatives and Power BI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and financial controls.
• Perform ad‑hoc finance duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience; management experience preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite at the EAST location.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and automation.
