Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full accounting cycle, preparing financial statements, and supporting treasury and trade finance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support external audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Coordinate periodic tax filings and ensure corporate income tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate books and manage month‑end, quarterly and year‑end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Execute daily treasury operations such as payments, bank transfers and bank administration.
• Manage trade finance operations, preparing and reviewing LC documents and liaising with banks and counterparties.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on accounting and finance experience, particularly in closing, reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP software is preferred.
