About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Officer to provide day‑to‑day bookkeeping support for a 7‑month period (Oct 2026 – Apr 2027). You will work closely with the Accountant and Manager, handling a portfolio of accounting responsibilities across the company.

Key responsibilities

Code supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders from various departments.
Ensure all supplier invoices are approved by authorized personnel.
Enter data daily into the SAP HANA system.
Process payments to suppliers via giro or telegraphic transfer within required time frames.
Update receipts and incoming funds from customers.
Check and process staff reimbursement and claim forms.
Assist with audit matters and government survey submissions as required.

Required profile

Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable functions.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
Analytical and meticulous approach to work.

Required skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of SAP HANA (advantageous).
