Accreditation Manager – Higher Education

About the role

The Accreditation Manager will lead the accreditation and data management activities for Nanyang Business School, ensuring compliance with AACSB and EQUIS standards and supporting continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Assurance of Learning (AoL) reporting workflows and collaborate with faculty on e‑assessment tools.
• Review course outlines to align with Outcomes‑Based Teaching and Learning frameworks and institutional learning goals.
• Oversee the execution of AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes, including timelines, milestones, deliverables and visit logistics.
• Contribute to the development of accreditation reports and supporting documentation.
• Lead data governance operations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with institutional standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across key operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in accreditation, quality assurance, or compliance.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise reports.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting quickly to new areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
